Coordinator, Digital Marketing

Job Summary

• Create, edit, and deliver digital and print marketing materials for multiple events and Stadium digital displays using Adobe Creative Cloud

• Create, deliver, and analyze metrics for email marketing campaigns


• Oversee and maintain daily updates to Stadium website 


• Fulfill all marketing promotions with advertising partners 


• Coordinate flow of information and disseminate it to appropriate stakeholders including media


• Submit and track event marketing invoices and follow up with finance


• Research media coverage and industry trends


• Collaborate with other departments in creation of promotional and information materials such as job fair flyers, guest surveys, event advisories, etc.

• Provide support to marketing department


• Assist with administrative projects as needed (greet guests, team members, answer questions, etc.)

• BA/BS in Marketing/Graphic Design/Communications


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is a must (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro


• Social media savvy
