Job Summary
The Facilities & Event Management Coordinator Identifies, understands, and problem solves issues in assigned areas including assisting with the supervision and management of student workers and various temp employees. This position serves as the main program contact and game day manager for men's and women's tennis, men's & women's swimming & diving, indoor and beach volleyball but roles and responsibilities can be changed based upon experience
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred education, professional skills and experience
- Prior relevant working experience in Division I athletic programs
- Experience with athletics facilities and event management.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations concerning athletic programs
- Experience with electronic work order programs
