Business Development Account Executive

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:     

• Renew season ticket and ticket package accounts from year to year 
• Provide unsurpassed customer service to all clients as well as co-workers 
• Maintain and service group sales contacts 
• Follow and implement all team sales programs and call scripts 
• Help develop new sales promotions 
• Assist with team sales campaigns 
• Hosting clients and prospects at all home games 

Compensation and Benefits  

This is a full-time position that includes a complete health, dental, and vision benefits package, as well as the ability to participate in company 401k program and paid vacation time. This position has a starting base salary and a strong commission structure. Expected compensation range $40,000 - $55,000+.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Strong communication skills and superior customer service abilities

• College degree preferred 

• One year or more in B2B and/or ticket sales experience is preferred 

• Proven record of establishing and maintaining professional relationships 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks 

• Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Office, etc.) 

• Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays 

• Have own dependable vehicle and transportation 

• Experience with ticket systems is a plus
