Partnerships Coordinator

Job Summary

• Assist in partner creative approval process, working with account leadership to secure internal approvals, provide updates, capture final proofs, etc.


• Responsible for fund management, financial tracking documents and department reports .

• This person will lead researching the identified industries, categories, and specific targets, to support new business initiatives .


• The person is expected to possess deep knowledge of the companies that comprise his/her portfolio and the broader industries in which these companies compete.


• Create presentations, tracking documents and other work product as needed .

• Conduct and facilitate cross-departmental planning sessions in support of Partnership Marketing programs.


• Develop strong relationships with the day-to-day managers of the corporate partners within his/her portfolio. 

• Responsible for team communications .


• Handle administrative functions as needed .

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required


• 2-3 years of experience in sponsorship sales and marketing, client-facing experience preferred 


• Experience building presentations including graphics packages, Microsoft programs

• Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings within a professional sports atmosphere
