Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities of the Head Coach:

• Teaching relevant skills, tactics and techniques
• monitoring and enhancing performance by providing encouragement and constructive feedback
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses
• Advising about health and lifestyle issues
• Developing training programmes
• Undertaking minimal administrative tasks
• Assisting with sports promotion/development
• Attend sporting events when needed and necessary 
• Other duties as assigned.
