Clubhouse Manager

Job Summary

• Vacuum home team, trainer’s room, visiting team, umpire, hallway, weight room, and coaches’ room daily. 


• Sweep and mop shower/bathroom areas daily. 


• Scrub coaches and players showers. 


• Make sure all sinks and toilets are cleaned daily. 


• Oversees team uniforms 


• Keeps an accurate inventory of uniforms. 


• Arranges for repair of uniforms.  


• Orders new uniform items, with the approval of Front Office. 


• Manages team equipment 


• Keeps an accurate inventory of equipment that is received


• Manages an accurate inventory of bats and balls that are used and completes report at the end of season. 


• Feed the team - pregame and post game meals, and spreads


• Meal should be ready no later than two hours prior to start of game. 


• Ensure meal area is cleaned after each use. 


• Ensures umpires have everything that they need 

• Keep team informed of any delays 


• Working with Front Office Staff and coaching staff and keeping them informed


• Serves as a liaison between the front office and Coaches to schedule player/coach appearances.
