Operations Manager - Ice Technician

Job Summary

• 1-2 years supervisory or operational management experience.


• Software efficiency in: Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Slack and Dropbox knowledge.


• High School Diploma or GED-equivalent required. College degree in a related field preferred.


• Ability to work with various levels of management as well as working with other departments.


• Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to multitask.


• Excellent written and verbal communication. 


• Comfortable public speaking and interacting with people.

• Oversee the day-to-day ice operations.


• Direct the Ice Maintenance Program 


• Delegate and assign responsibilities and goals to supervisors and staff.


• Handle waivers (i.e. waiver completion).
