Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

• Supervise event set-ups, changeovers, custodial 


• Supervise and participate in day-to-day operations of the 


• Conduct meetings prior to each shift in order to review and/or distribute work assi


• Train and supervise part time and/or contract 


• Ensure employees have the equipment and resources to perform the job efficiently


• Maintain employee paperwork including attendance, payroll, disciplinary procedures, etc.

• Assist Engineering Department with projects as required.


• ABI scheduling, Event allocation of hours, running reports of various events

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university in Facility Management, Sports Management, or other closely-related field


• 1 - 3 years experience in sports/entertainment facility preferred.


• Working knowledge of facility and arena operations, changeovers, set ups and 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one 


• Ability to meet deadlines and function under 


• Forklift certification or ability to become certified within 3 months of start
