Fitness Operations Building Coordinator

Job Summary

in this role include the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, this position works with a variety of individuals and groups, and so being able to work in a constructive and collaborative manner is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will allow the individual to successfully navigate the various scheduling and management responsibilities of the position.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in fitness facility operations or recreation program supervision
• American Red Cross Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED Certifications, within 30 day of hire
• Excellent customer service skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform basic computer skills and experience working with Microsoft office, excel, google suites
• Working knowledge of social media applications
• Must be able to lift or move furniture, light equipment, supplies, and boxes (20-50lbs)
