Job Summary

The Chief of Staff, Football will serve as the Chief of Staff for the Head Football Coach and oversee all non-coaching related operations of the varsity football program. 

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years to 5 years of football operations experience, at the collegiate level required. Masters Degree preferred.
• The ability to manage staff, communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, oversee program fiscal operations, organize schedules at multiple levels, and support the Head Coach in all non-coaching related matters.
• Working knowledge and compliance of NCAA/Ivy League policies and procedures.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel with the team as required.
• Valid driver's license required.
