Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily be responsible for the recruiting and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter with a positive and creative spirit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and further develop new hire onboarding processes.
- Look for ways to identify passive candidates through targeted searches for appropriate staffing.
- Conduct reference checks for final candidates.
- Assist with building the internship program and provide future enhancements to the program.
- Conduct and participate in local job fairs to enhance ongoing recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on hiring needs.
- Follow organizational processes and procedures to ensure compliance of working for a publicly-traded company.
- Other duties as assigned.
