Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

• Take ownership and further develop new hire onboarding processes.  

• Look for ways to identify passive candidates through targeted searches for appropriate staffing. 


• Conduct reference checks for final candidates. 


• Assist with building the internship program and provide future enhancements to the program. 


• Conduct and participate in local job fairs to enhance ongoing recruitment. 


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on hiring needs. 


• Follow organizational processes and procedures to ensure compliance of working for a publicly-traded company. 


• Other duties as assigned.
