Career Readiness Coordinator
The Career Readiness Coordinator position exists to execute a comprehensive program of career readiness activities and events for student-athletes, coaches, and athletics department staff. Producing strategic alignment of unit goals will be done in collaboration with the Associate Athletics Director for Academics and Student Development.
- Master's Degree
- 1 year of experience working with college students or graduates in regards to career planning, counseling, development, placement, networking, or human resource management.
- Knowledge of a wide-range of career planning and development strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies and in a diverse community.
