Job Summary
The company is looking for a Crew Coordinator to coordinate the bookings and facilitation of technician travel. The Crew Coordinator will build timesheets in Playbook, enter in and out times in for payroll, enter data in Smartsheet and help onboard I9s that come in from remotes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with booking technician travel, building timesheets, and entering times through our internal systems.
Enter data into our Smartsheet workspace.
Assist with onboarding and Workday and help track I9s.
Assist everyone (including VP, Directors, Managers) in the department with prep work for upcoming sports and projects.
Help track production reports that come back from the field.
Send out crew sheets.
