Job Summary




The Director of Strength and Conditioning is responsible for managing, leading, and overseeing all aspects of the operations of the Strength and Conditioning Department. The position requires a high degree of knowledge, experience, passion, energy, and enthusiasm to lead a department that develops student-athletes to reach their highest potential.


Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of NCAA rules, education and training.

Ability to receive telephone calls, respond to inquiries and communicate with others by telephone.

Ability to execute supervisory techniques, leadership training, and appropriate team operation.

Knowledge of appropriate computer programs.

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.
