Director of Student Athlete Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Student Development. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and support the programs and events offered through the Student-Athlete Development Institute. Responsibilities will include Career Exploration, Personal Development, Leadership, and Community Engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with three (3) years experience; -OR- Associate's degree with five (5) years experience; -OR- seven (7) years experience.
• Experience must be in coordinating projects and/or programs.
• At least one (1) year of supervision experience.
• Experience working with a diverse population of students within secondary or higher education institutions, particularly in career readiness, community engagement, and/or personal development programming.
