Red Shirt Football Coach

Job Summary

The primary objective of the position is the development and implementation of the "Red Shirt" athlete program for students wanting to participate in intercollegiate athletics. The position requires to report to the head coach in the athletic department.

Requirement/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Knowledge of special populations to be served, higher education, and academic practices highly preferred.
3. Some experience in counseling/advising at the secondary or college level highly preferred.
4. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and writing skills).
5. Computer technology skills required.
6. Bilingual communication skills preferred.
