Job Summary

The Student Athlete Development Coordinator will oversee all matters pertaining to student athletes' development. The position will foster strong relationships with coaches, administrators, and other campus personnel. This position will also help monitor academic tracking for the University Studies course, which is the required course for all incoming student athletes.


Preferred 1-2 years' experience at a Division I University.

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

Knowledge of the theories and practice of counseling, learning, human and career development.

Knowledge of the methodologies used to enhance student achievement.

Knowledge and experience in analyzing problems and identifying solutions for problem-solving, developing and administering programs.
