Job Summary
The Membership Experience Specialist is a customer service role responsible for maintaining and generating season ticket member revenue. This role requires a strong ability to identify, develop, and foster relationships with members, as well as driving new membership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Management required.
- Knowledge of Soccer, Sports Business, or related industry preferred.
- Experience working in outbound call or customer service capacity; sports or entertainment industry.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve aggressive sales goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; creative and strategic thinker.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
