Job Summary
The Senior Coordinator of Alumni Relations is meant to build advocacy and partnership with Legends who have played for the club. The role also includes planning of annual alumni events (training camp, alumni homecoming, practice visits, Ring of Honor), as well as assisting in transition off the field.
Skills Required:
- Ability to develop, manage and execute all aspects of program initiatives and associated events
- Decision making capabilities with respect to duties and responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships at all levels across the organization and externally
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications
