Job Summary
The Staffing Coordinator will execute human resource related responsibilities, including but not limited to, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding tasks to help increase staff efficiency and productivity as well as improve current processes. This position will provide exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and working in a higher education/fundraising environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current college/University student with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA.
Strong time management and project management skills; ability to multitask in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious.
Experience with Microsoft office.
