Job Summary

 

This position is responsible for assisting the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in overseeing the operations of the strength and conditioning program and providing leadership for student-athletes in this area.

 

 

Required:

  1. Master’s Degree in a related field; or a Bachelor’s Degree and significant work experience at a level which equates to an advanced degree.
  2. CSCS, SCCC and USAW certifications are preferred.
  3. Experience in conducting strength and conditioning programs. Working with both male and female athletes as a strength and conditioning coach.
  4. Knowledge of National Collegiate Athletics Association rules and regulations.
  5. Skill in training or instructing student athletes; excellent interpersonal communication skills.
