Associate Athletic Director for Compliance

Job Summary

The position of Associate Athletic Director manages and monitors compliance within the Department of Athletics and is a member of the Athletics Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and reports to the Athletic Director.

Key Qualifications

•  Thorough and professional knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations.
• Ability to effectively interact with coaches, create/present educational materials, understand and manage an on-line compliance database system.
• Ability to supervise a team of compliance and academic professionals and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree from an institution of higher education
• Minimum 3 years full-time NCAA Compliance experience at an NCAA Division I institution, NCAA National Office or Conference office.
