Job Summary


Assist the Head Athletic Trainer/Director of Sports Medicine in developing and implementing the sports medicine program for intercollegiate athletics. Performs duties related to student-athlete injury prevention, evaluation, management, treatment, rehabilitation, and other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or a directly related field from an accredited regional university or college

License from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

Knowledge of intercollegiate sports programs

Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

Knowledge of medical care, prevention, and treatment of athletic injuries
