Football Operations & Recruiting Assistant

Job Summary

The Football Operations & Recruiting Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative support to the football department. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and executing all prospective student-athletes' on-campus visits, summer camps, alumni/donor events, and player-community service events.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills that include being detailed oriented for accuracy of data and information
• Experience coordinating team and individual travel arrangements
• Ability to independently meet the goals and deadlines of multiple, concurrent projects
• Fluency in using standard office software, experience using more specific football software solutions
• Working knowledge of financial recordkeeping and procedures
