Job Summary
The Email Marketing Automation Specialist will craft segmented programs for email, SMS, and push notifications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This position necessitates expertise in strategizing how leads flow from generation to conversion, conceptualizing and building reports to demonstrate performance, and creating workflows to automate marketing touches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in digital commerce or marketing/communication
Experience managing a large database and complex segmentation
Advanced experience with CRM including lead generation
2+ years in marketing automation using HubSpot, Marketo or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience using project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or Basecamp
