Job Summary

This position will report to the General Manager of Field, work closely with various Stadium Operations groups, and collaborate with all other stadium partners.

As the Stadium Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing and aiding in the management of the stadium operating budget
Aid in the management of various insurance requirements of the stadium
Aid in the management and tracking of various vendor contracts
Maintaining organization of the office space, including ensuring adherence to office cleanliness polices
Aid in the stadium specific on-boarding needs for new club staff
Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, and security services
Supporting in-house or off-site activities, like employee lunches, etc.
Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements
Provide event operations support
All other duties as assigned based on business needs
