Event Services Coordinator - PT

Job Summary

Reporting to the Event Services department, the Event Coordinator will be charged with the responsibilities of supervising event load-in/load-out and providing support to the Event Managers and Event Specialists on event.  This position will work closely with internal and external resources to ensure seamless execution of all event related details.

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist to develop event schedules and create event layouts in support of overall event information distribution. 
• Participate in event planning meetings and site visits. 
• Troubleshoot in real time on event day matters related to operational efficiencies and facility operations. 
• Prioritize needs of team tenants, visiting teams, and visiting promoters/artists while ensuring integrity of facility policies and operations. 
• Document during and provide after-action and post-event summary notes. 
• Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures, codes, ordinances, policies, procedures, safety precautions, rules, regulations and emergency procedures.
• Develop and maintain a harmonious working relationship with other tenants, facility contractors, county emergency personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.
