Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant Athletics Director is responsible for leading efforts in the areas of fan development, brand management, and revenue generation. This position supervises operational staff, including students and volunteers, who provide comprehensive marketing, advertising, social media, fan experience, and public event support services.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/experience.
5+ year of experience as a Marketing professional.
Ability to oversee multiple projects and quickly discern complex and competing interests.
Outstanding organizational, analytical, problem resolution and critical thinking skills.
Previous management experience, including leading or directing a unit or department.
