Consumer Products Coordinator

Job Summary

The Consumer Products Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Consumer Products department through a variety of tasks, including sales and customer service, inventory and e-commerce management, retail operations, and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Creating and executing on a memorable retail experience for all customers and fans

Retail inventory management, including shipping and receiving

Organization of all physical retail inventory across multiple locations

Operational setup and management of auxiliary retail locations on gamedays and setup for inside and outside events

Creating and receiving purchase orders

Other duties as assigned
