Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Tournament Operations is responsible for overseeing the in-event operation of the facility. Areas of focus include but are not limited to the following: scheduling, team coordination, and staffing. The position also includes managing a full-time and seasonal personnel team.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
3-5 years of management experience
General knowledge of the game of baseball and softball
Excellent communication skills, organization skills and computer skills (M.S. Excel and Word knowledge and experience required)
Good conflict resolution skills and Strong customer service skills
