Assistant Athletic Trainer

Job Summary

A successful athletic trainer is expected to perform the athletic training duties required for multiple sports teams. The position requires daily contact with co-workers, student workers, athletes, parents, school administrators, other coaches, physical therapists, and doctor's office staff. These relationships are maintained through e-mail, telephone, and person-to-person contact.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Athletic Training.

Certification for the national Athletic Trainers' Association - Board of Certification.

Familiar with operating modalities and sports-related equipments.

Familiar with conducting research on the Web, as well as creating online travel arrangements.
