Director of Peak Performance and Fitness

Job Summary

The Director of Peak Performance and Fitness will embrace the responsibility of building a program respected for its commitment to the mission and core values. The Director is responsible for providing guidance and training to all athletic teams in the areas of performance, fitness, strength training, conditioning, nutrition, and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in physical education, kinesiology, exercise science, health science, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of collegiate peak performance and fitness experience as well as experience maintaining and managing a safe weight room and cardio room.
• Certified Strength and Conditional Specialist certification by the National Strength and Conditional Association or by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (SCCC or Master SCC).
• First Aid, AED & CPR certifications and a valid Ohio Driver’s License.
