Women's Rowing Assist. Coach

Job Summary

Provide assistance to the head coach in training student athletes who participate in the university sports program and administering the sports program. Plan and conduct team and individual practice and training sessions as required. This position also assists in event scheduling, travel arrangements, budget, home event management, and facility use as directed. 

Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years coaching expertise and teaching experience in progressively responsible positions
• Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral) evidenced by background in preparing comprehensive reports and executive summaries incorporating complex, highly technical information.
• Demonstrated computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of word processing systems.
