Job Summary

The Ticket Sales, Service & Retention Associate is responsible for creating one-to-one, long-lasting relationships with season ticket holders through emails, phone calls and personal contact, while tracking touch points in Contact Management. This position is focused on retention and providing world class customer service.  


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales)
  • Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Windows)
  • High energy with ability to remain focused on sales goals and work independently
  • Basic knowledge of Archtics (training available)
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly retention goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
