Assistant /Associate AD of Internal Operations

The Assistant/Associate Athletic Director—Internal Operations will report to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Competitive Excellence. He or she will work with various other units within the Athletic Department to ensure all athletic events and facilities operate in a safe, professional, and well-organized manner.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the event management of all home athletic contests.
• Oversee the event management of all university and outside events held at athletic facilities.
• Coordinate all event management meetings associated with events being held in athletic facilities.
• Oversee the maintenance of all equipment, structures, and grounds of the Athletic Department.
• Assist supervisor with capital projects.
