Athletic Trainer (Swimming and Diving)

Job Summary

Athletics seeks candidates for an Athletic Trainer for Swimming and Diving. The individual provides preventative and rehabilitative health care for student athletes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: care, prevention, rehabilitation, and counseling of student-athletes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Athletic Training and Exercise Science (with an emphasis in athletic training).
  
• Level II requires a Bachelor's degree in disciplines listed above plus 2 years of experience preventing, assessing and treating athletic injuries.
  
• Must be certified by the National Trainers' Association Board and eligible to be licensed in the State of Alabama by the Alabama Board of Athletic Training.
