Second Assistant Coach - Baseball

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach of the Baseball Team at Harvard University plays a critical role in achieving the overall goals of the baseball program. The Assistant Coach provides important recommendations, suggestions, and decisions regarding game strategies, line-ups, priority listing of recruits.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Experience playing and/or coaching baseball at the collegiate level.
4. Experience playing and coaching baseball at the D1 collegiate level or professionally.
5. Experience as a Hitting Coach/Coordinator along with Baserunning at the D1 level or professionally.
