Job Summary
The Crew Coach will join a full-time, professional leadership staff of nine working in the Department of Athletics. Responsibilities include directing, organizing, and administering all aspects of a co-ed club crew program with the goal of developing NCAA Division III rowing programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
- USRA Level 1 and 2 coaching certification, thorough understanding of USRA safety procedures, basic boatman skills (pitch, rigging measures, minor hull repairs).
- Knowledge of NCAA Division III philosophies is required.
- Previous coaching and/or rowing experience at the college level is strongly preferred.
