Director Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

The Director of Talent Acquisition is an integral part of the corporate talent acquisition team and will be responsible for leading global recruitment, process improvements, best practices, employer branding and more. This role will support the VP of Talent Acquisition in positioning Talent Acquisition as a true business partner.

Responsibilities:

1. Creatively develops and effectively executes new and progressive recruiting models, methodologies, and strategies for delivering business results.
2. Leads, develops and coaches a team of talent acquisition professional and ensures client needs are met.
3. Partner with senior leaders, Human Resources and DE&I teams to develop short- and long-term recruitment strategies and goals across the organization.
4. n partnership with HR & Talent Development teams, assists with workforce planning such as organizational talent forecasting and talent pipelining.
