Job Summary

The Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division 1 and Big Ten Conference institution, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Women's Basketball Director of Player Development. This is a non-coaching position that will coordinate player development on and off the court.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assist coaching staff with creating on and off the court player development plans.

Assist coaching staff with the implementation of those plans.

Provide video to support those development plans.

Gather video for player comparison videos.

Create individual player video edits for teaching purposes.
