Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director—Merchandise and Retail Operations, the primary focus of this position is to provide support with merchandise services. The main responsibilities will be to assist the retail department with vendor invoicing, purchase order creation, POS management, and inventory tracking.
Qualifications:
Previous billing experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail skills required
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
One-year experience as an administrative or executive assistant preferred.
