Job Summary

The MLB team is seeking a Sr. Producer, Video to elevate the club's visual storytelling. This position will focus primarily on player-driven stories and season-long narratives. The ideal candidate will be able to plan and communicate expectations, vision, and strategies to help engage our fans.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in video production or related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of collegiate or professional video experience

Project management and leadership experience in creative video department

Hands-on experience producing engaging content for in-game video board production is preferred

Hands-on experience creating media for web and other new media delivery channels
