Job Summary
The Department is seeking a qualified academic counselor (for football). This position will report directly to the Director of Student-Athlete Academic Services for Football. Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes for assigned sports (football).
Qualifications:
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, public relations, interpersonal, customer service.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others; commitment to working with multi-cultural populations.
Ability to work extended daily hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) from a regionally accredited institution.
1-2 years of experience advising and counseling student-athletes in a Division I athletic academic support program preferred
