Job Summary
The Manager, Compensation & Benefits is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures. The Manager, Compensation & Benefits will also contribute to the developing Compensation & Benefits (Total Reward) strategies that will support the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Education and Experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in both Compensation and Benefits functions.
- Proficient in all computer software including Word and Excel and experience with benefit enrollment sites.
