Job Summary



The Operations Manager will assist the General Manager with effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the Concessions Operations.


Three to five (3-5) years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Three (3) years’ experience in event management or convention services in a sports or concert facility is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Operate a computer using Windows, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other standard office equipment.

Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
