Ticket Operations Assistant

Job Summary

The position would begin in early February and run through the end of the season. The ideal candidate will be incredibly organized and communicative, have a willingness to learn, and represent the Red Sox in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field.

Passion for the product and providing excellent customer service.

Ability to be coachable, with a desire to learn and excel.

Ability to problem solve, work independently, and as a team.

Knowledge of Tickets.com (preferred, but not required).
