Job Summary

 

 

The purpose of the head football coach is to organize and facilitate all aspects of the program in a professional manner. His or her efforts are focused on the following seven goals: 1. to positively affect the social growth and ethical engagement of our student-athletes. 2. to create an environment of excellence and invest in the growth of our programs.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum of three years college coaching or playing experience.
  • A well-constructed and demonstrated coaching philosophy that focuses on character development.
  • Masters Degree. Experience as a college head coach or coordinator.
  • Public institution experience (NAIA, NCAA DII, or high school).
