Job Summary

The Ticket Sales Manager will be tasked with growing and leading the brands, including the Columbus River Dragons Hockey and Columbus Chatt-a-Hoots Baseball teams. This role is both tactical and operational in nature and requires a candidate that is able to handle multiple deliverables.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working in ticketing and service, preferably within the professional sports, luxury, or hospitality industry is preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and any applicable related programs.

Capable people leader with the ability to build relationships, multitask and think on their feet.

A critical thinker, with good time management, good organizational habits and problem-solving skills is required.

Review and knowledge of other successful events and relevant operations is a must.
