Job Summary
Ticket representatives will work in the Ticketmaster Box Office and inside the arena, providing customer service, sales, and general assistance to guests. This role is supported by and works closely with the entire ticket operations team. Archtics, TM Host, and TM1 Sales will be used to sell tickets and provide will call as needed.
