Job Summary

 

 

The Head Strength Coach is responsible for the development and administration of individualized speed and strength conditioning programs for student-athletes. advises the head coach on conditioning and evaluates the athletes' various fitness components assists trainers in developing rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.

 

Required:

Education - Bachelor's degree in from an accredited institution of higher education.

Experience - Two or more years' demonstrated experience in strength and conditioning, preferably in a university or scholastic setting.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology or similar field.

Must hold current certification from any of the following organizations: NSCA, CSCS and SCCC.

First Aid/CPR/AED certifications required.
